Here's what I have from Keith: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- I trimmed my converter by cutting away from both sides at about a 30 degree angle, and also cutting the plastic around the locking hole. Crude depiction of a converter follows: The shaded portion is the 'wings' on the converter. I cut out the wing away approximately from A to B, and also cut the corner out at C. Well, if you buy the converter from Buy-rite, they'll offer you a custom fitted one ( they do all the dirty job, & tested it), but what they suggest is that after the converter is trimmed, make sure that the body of the converter rests above the power switch--i.e. the outer body of the converter is slanting up. That way, the pins of the converter and the duo will always make contact..... (or so I was told 8-) ) Good luck!!
