Since I can't read Japanese, I don't know the names of the moves, but 
I'll tell how to do for each character...

YUKA TAKEUCHI (Main Character in Story Mode)
--O  | \   P   Uppercut move, hard to pull on a Pad...

|  /  O--  K   Sliding Kick. Be careful they don't sweep!

CHIHO MASUDA (Ninja Girl)

MANAMI KUSUNOKI (So cute, so fast...)
|  \  --O  P   Neko-Rocketo-Punch! (goes through fireballs, and is fast)

O--   --O  K   High Tumbling Attack.

JUN KUBOTA (Brute force beauty)
|  /  O--  P   Ground Flare (Timed right, fireball defense)
O O

--O O--  / | \  --O  P  Kubota Buster!  (only works at close range)

SATOMI YAJIMA (A firey personality :)
|  / O--  P    Spinning Flames.
O O

O--  / | \  --O  P  Falling Fires.
    O  O  O

| + Fierce P   Ground slide.

AYAKO YUKI (Party Girl!)
|  /  O--  K   Flying leg slam.
O O

| \  --O   K   Monster Kick (Uppercut, also damages on the way down)

ELIRIN (Gaijin Bunny Girl)
P repeatedly   Speed Strike.

|  O   P or K  Triangle Hop. (will bounce off the nearest wall, so be
O  |            careful of how close you are to the edge of screen.)

O--   --O  P   Flame Blast.

KAORI YANASE (Shy, quiet type...)
| \  --O   P   Fireball move.
O  O

|  /  O--  K   Sliding Attack (Careful of sweeps!)
O O

Jump, | + P    Diving attack (can also do Pogo Kick same way)
      O

REIMI JAHANA (She's da boss, see?)
|  \  --O  P   Burning!  (fireball move)
O   O

|  O       K   Flip Kick.
O  |

O--   --O  K   Ghost Spinner. (sliding attack, watch for sweeps)


Have fun with these. If anyone who can read Japanese wants to give the 
names of these moves, go right ahead. For some, I just typed what the 
character screams as she does the move. And as for the moves used by the 
Kei Twins... well, since using them is a secret, so are their moves. But 
all their moves have been shown as the pattern for someone else here...
